Annual Basketball Tournament

Matthew Moore, Program Director of the Oneida YMCA, has announced the upcoming basketball tournament at the Oneida YMCA. The tournament will be held February 19th, 20th, and 21st. The tournament is now called “Kids Need Heroes Basketball Tournament”. This name corresponds with the Kids Need Heroes fund raising campaign. The goal of Kids Need Heroes is to provide scholarship funding for families and children to become a part of the Oneida YMCA family. The format is a 3 day tournament in which every team is guaranteed 3 games. The entrance fee is $300 per team and $275 per team for clubs that enter 6 or more teams. The registration deadline will be February 12th. This tournament is for boys and girls in grades 3rd through 12th. Last year we had over 70 teams and brought in over 3,000 people into the
